1. Introduction
Welcome to LG Friends & Rewards ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our referral program. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have completed the required affiliate training. Employees of LG and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
3. Referral Process
Upon completing the training, you will receive a unique referral code. A qualified referral ("Qualified Referral") is a new customer who signs up for an LG Subscribe service using your referral code and successfully completes the installation of an appliance.
4. Rewards and Payouts
You will earn a reward for each Qualified Referral. The reward amount is subject to change and will be communicated in your affiliate dashboard. Payouts are made on the 25th of the month following the month in which the referral was qualified.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or spamming activities, including but not limited to, sending unsolicited emails, posting your referral code on coupon sites, or misrepresenting our products or services. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid earnings that have not yet been approved for payout.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
